Stop Missing Appointments!

I think my dentist is mine. During the past year I have noticed an increase in their efforts to remind my appointments.
In the old days, I would get a card two weeks before the appointment I remember the day and time. I liked what most of my dentist appointment has been six months that I had no idea what was going to do at that time. Then came the reminder phone calls about two days before. More recently, this has grown to include several e-mails and text that asks me to hit my response to confirm that I will be there.
All good as far as I'm concerned and I having a company that is struggling to find a way to remind customers of appointments, I have to appreciate their persistence. What made me think about all the other people of conscience polished out there that never deliberately missed appointments (in other words, most of the people I know with ADHD) ... read a text or listen to collect a stamp the phone is an hour late for his teeth cleaned two hours.
So if you like people with ADHD, are you nervous to show your face to your dentist or doctor's office, if you can put in your "black list" and charged with "failure" of fees for these forgotten appointments, here some tips to help you make, retain and really get to their appointments.
